About the Event
Some seasons ask more of us than others. You might feel stuck, scattered, out of alignment — or simply ready for something to shift, without knowing where to begin.
This workshop offers a starting point.
Over two hours, you’ll be guided through a practice that brings together learning, art-making, and reflection. You’ll leave with something tangible: seven affirmations written in your own words, and a watercolour piece to hang somewhere you’ll see it.
No experience needed — not with art, not with chakra work. Just come as you are.
What is Chakra Attunement?
Chakra Attunement introduces the practice of developing personalized affirmations as tools to shift your energetic frequency. It’s a repeatable practice — something you can return to on your own anytime you feel stuck, out of alignment, or ready for inner or outer change.
Together we will:
- Learn about the chakra system and what each centre governs
- Create a chakra watercolour painting
- Reflect through intuitive journaling
- Learn how to develop affirmations that are genuinely yours
You’ll leave with seven personalized statements designed to attune, activate, and align your chakras when spoken — and a watercolour affirmation art piece that acts as a visual cue for your practice.
Space is limited to 16 participants. Open to teens and adults, ages 14+.
Breakdown of the 2-Hour Workshop
Settle in, find your seat, and take a moment to arrive. All materials will be ready at your station.
Sylvie introduces the seven chakras — what each one governs, and how to recognize when one feels out of balance.
Create your watercolour piece. Guidance is provided throughout, and no painting experience is needed.
A guided reflection to help you notice what’s asking for attention. This is private — nothing you write is shared unless you’d like to.
Learn the method for building affirmations that resonate, then write your own seven statements.
Bring your painting and your words together, and close the practice.
Note: Timing may shift slightly based on the pace of the group.

Most Common Questions
Do I need any experience with chakras or meditation?
Not at all. Sylvie guides you through everything from the beginning. This workshop is designed for people who are curious, whether it’s your first encounter with chakra work or you’ve had a practice for years.
Do I need to be good at painting?
No. The watercolour piece is intuitive and personal — there’s no right way for it to look. Guidance is provided throughout.
Is this connected to a specific religion?
No. The practice draws on chakra traditions and is open to everyone regardless of background or belief.
How many people are in each workshop?
We cap the group at 16 so there’s room for Sylvie to move around and support everyone through the painting and affirmation work.
What age is this workshop for?
This workshop is designed for teens and adults, ages 14 and up. It’s a reflective, discussion-based session, so it isn’t suited to younger children.
What do I take home?
Your watercolour affirmation painting, and seven personalized affirmations written in your own words.
