If you wish to have same activities at your own location, our travel and remote setup cost will be $70 flat fee for whole event.

We host parties for ages 4-14. Our activities are designed to be beginner-friendly and
age-appropriate. Just let us know your child’s age when booking and we’ll tailor the experience.
We need a minimum of 8 kids to run a party. There’s no hard maximum — we’ve hosted parties with
20+ kids! We’ll let you know studio capacity when you inquire.
Every package includes 3 hours of studio time. That’s plenty of time for the art activity, face painting,
cake, food, and free play. Need more time? Add extra time at $20 per 30 minutes.
No — parents bring the cake, snacks, and drinks. This keeps costs low and lets you customize the
menu to your child’s preferences. We provide the space, tables, and setup for you.
Yes! Come 30 minutes before your party starts to set up any decor you’d like. Just no confetti please,
and everything must be taken with you at the end. If you’d prefer a hands-off experience, we can also
connect you with a trusted local Calgary decorator.
Absolutely. Our art supplies are non-toxic and safe. If your child has specific allergies (paint, glue,
etc.), please mention it when booking and we’ll adjust accordingly.
Yes! For a $70 flat travel fee, we’ll bring the entire party experience to your home, hall, or venue
anywhere in Calgary.
Definitely! Every party is customizable. Let us know your child’s favorite activities when booking and
we’ll create a package that fits perfectly.
We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Weekend dates in spring,
summer, and December fill up fast!
We require a deposit at booking. Cancellations made 14+ days before the party receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days may forfeit the deposit. We’re flexible with rescheduling.
