About the Event
Mandala & Mindfulness is a 2-hour meditative coloring experience designed to help women slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves through art. Participants will engage in mindful mandala coloring in a calm, supportive environment focused on mental well-being and inner balance. All art supplies are included, and light refreshments will be provided, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience without any preparation.
Hosted in collaboration with the Canadian Society for Women Mental Health.
